We know that one of the many important decisions each student has to make while in college is where to live and we know how important that decision is to you too!
We know what you are probably thinking..."Social House? Great, sounds like a party place!" Don't let our name fool you. Social House is not now or will it ever be "Animal House." We are simply a unique living environment where our staff and our amenities make sure that your students put down their laptops, tablets, books and smart phones every once in a while and interact with their peers in a fun, safe environment.

Pro-Learning Environment
We want your student to be successful throughout their career at SFA. At Social House, we want to help encourage their productivity by giving them a safe, clean and supportive learning environment. We want to keep them healthy and active with our onsite health-food vending machines (an amenity unique to SFA). We also want to help them relax by giving them a sparkling pool, complete with BBQ grills, lounge chairs and a newly remodeled pool house that is perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day. Social House meets every need that your student will have in college so they can achieve what they came to Nacogdoches for, in an enjoyable atmosphere.
Affordable Floor Plans
Social House offers two spacious floor plans so your student will easily be able to find one to suit their needs. We have one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans with various levels of finish out, to suit every budget. Some even come equipped with a mounted SMART TV so that your student can do their online research from the convenience and safety of their own home! Your student's rent includes electricty, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, expanded basic cable, access to all of the Social House events and amenities and so much more!
Resident Events
While the main focus of your student's time with us should be about graduating and starting a career, they also need to have fun along the way. At Social House, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successfull. Our staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from staff sponsored gatherings to "movie night under the stars", "breakfast on the go" to study nights. We also keep our residents connected to events going on at SFA so they don't miss anything.
On-Site Professional Staff
Social House has a full Community Associate staff that lives on-site and is able to help your student whenever needed. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student's maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Social House offers 24-hour emergency maintenance so that your student's comfort is not affected.
